I know you will be shocked — shocked — to learn that here at SCF, sometimes we do bottled salad dressing. But yes, it’s true. Especially when it comes to creamy ones like Ranch (go Hidden Valley!) and Caesar. Our favorite Caesar salad dressing is called Cardini’s, named after Caesar Cardini, said to be the creator of the dressing, and the salad, for that matter.
With some fresh romaine, some homemade croutons and a little shaved Parmesan? An easy and delicious supper. Especially on a school night.
