Pickled Garlic Scape Martinis and a Cobb Salad with Benton’s Bacon

We had some good eating and drinking on the porch Friday might, what with Irene’s brilliant idea to make martinis with pickled garlic scapes and then a good group effort on a salad with Stone Barns greens, eggs and berries, topped with Benton’s Bacon and some terrific roquefort cheese. Yowza!
