We finally opened a bottle of sake that Pete brought back for us from Japan about a gazillion years ago. I know, I know, sake is not supposed to age. But this didn’t seem any worse for the wear. It was quite lovely, in fact. My only problem is that I have no idea what kind of sake it is. So now let’s play Name this Sake. Any guesses?
