The family headed for a walk downtown to choose a couple for ornaments for friends at our fabulous Christmas store here in Nyack: Hickory Dickory Dock. They have all kinds of beautiful hand-blown glass ornaments, painted glass globes, and fun and tacky ones, too. Samantha was dazzled by the lights!
On the way home, we saw the most astonishing red rose. I did not use any filters nor did I manipulate this photo in any way. There was just a red rose bush that decided it would put forth a few blooms the week before Christmas. It’s really stunning, isn’t it?
