Thanks to our friends Jill and Clay, we enjoyed a barrel-aged Negroni on the patio on Monday night. Monday night? Yes, folks. I’m on vacation. Not that not being on vacation ever stopped us before. Now, you may not be able to make your own barrel-aged negroni at home (unless you have a barrel, of course), but you can make a negroni: it’s equal parts gin, campari and sweet vermouth. Presto!
