A new outpost of one of our favorite hamburger stands opened in West Haverstraw: TFS, as they like to shorten it, is the northern edition of The Filling Station.
Like its sister in Palisades (see our visits here: The Filling Station, Palisades), the restaurant is in an old gas station. It serves organic, free-range beef and super-delicious hot dogs, as well as sodas, shakes and fries.

Adorable little place, isn’t it? I love how the garage doors open to the outdoors.
