This is the first Garner Arts Festival since Hurricane Irene ravaged the space in 2011. Glad to see that it’s back. We took a lot more kid-centric view of it this time — and couldn’t spend nearly as much time being reflective about it (as I did in this blog post from WAY BACK IN 2006!: Gaga and the Meaning of Art).
