Sparkling Tarragon Gin Lemonade

This Sparkling Tarragon Gin Lemonade is a wonderfully refreshing gin highball that makes use of the fresh herbs from the garden. It’s from Bon Appetit, which says if you don’t have tarragon, basil would make a nice substitute. I venture a guess that mint would, too.
