One of these was a Fried Chicken and Champagne dinner at DVine Bar in Sparkill. Insiders had the chance to win tickets to this very cool (and very delicious). event. Four lucky winners (and their dates) got a table near the front, and enjoyed four courses, paired with wines.
It was a ton of fun to meet some new food fans, and share some terrific food and wine. And how cool to give 8 people a free dinner!
It was a sold-out event. Joe, the owner, (a friend of the farm who has been planning this restaurant for as long as we’ve been friends) and the chef, Chris Holland, came up with a terrific menu. Fun, fancy-free and funny.

A great event, and I hope we do more.
