A strawberrry jam recipe. Just refrigerator jam, but it’s so good you’ll finish before storage ever becomes an issue. From Cook’s Country.
10 cups strawberries
3 cups sugar
1 peeled granny smith apple on a box grater
2 tablespoons lemon.
Smash strawberries with a potato masher, add everything else and cook over medium heat until the jam passes the gel on a frozen plate, about half an hour. Jar and refrigerate for up to two months.
