What a crazy fun thing to come to Nyack! The Slide the City company set up a giant slip n slide down Main Street from Midland to Franklin. The whole town came out!
I guess toward the end of the day the lines got a little long (some people reported waiting two hours!), but when we went early in the morning, things were running smoothly.
Sam was a little too afraid, so we did not go. And I think that’s better — some of the people were really bumping into each other and I don’t know how she would have navigated that, being so little and all.
But next year!
