Fishkill Farms at the Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow Market

On our first visit to this new farmers market, we discovered a new favorite vendor: Fishkill Farms. I don’t recall seeing this farm at other markets, and I was really impressed with its diverse varieties and easy-to-read signs.

Found these adorable honeynut squash at @fishkillfarms at @thetashfm. Developed by @chefdanbarber at @cornelluniversity they are a new hybrid. Can't wait to try! #lohudfood @lohud_food @lohud @ldkneil @irenehamburger @bluehillfarm

I’ll be looking for Fishkill Farms at other markets now, too!
