Fink’s BBQ in Suffern

I haven’t had Fink’s barbecue since he was manning the smokers down at Bailey’s in Blauvelt. But our after our trip to Secor Farm we were hankering for lunch, and what should we discover but his Suffern outpost!

Here’s the maple-bacon Old Fashioned.

Wings:

Pork Belly:

And the Texas lollipops, which are bratwurst wrapped in bacon.

Wings and lollipops were great; the pork belly, unfortunately, was not fall-apart tender. But I look forward to trying more. Brisket next time!

The 411 on Fink’s.
