We’ve both lost a ton of weight giving up carbs and sugar. But one thing we really miss is pasta. So on this chilly night, we made a substitute. Meatballs – made without breadcrumbs — with tomato sauce, served over spaghetti squash. Not exactly perfect, but pretty darn close. And super-delicious.
