Another Broadway night, and there was only one question: pizza or ramen? Don Antonio and Ippudo have become our absolute favorite places to go pre-theater. I wonder if we’ll ever go to Pigalle again?

We got the vegetarian buns, which have fried eggplant and zucchini. Delishy! The bun was so airy and light:
This is basically what you’d call an eel omelette. Eel inside egg. Fantastic:
This time we tried the ramen we hadn’t get tried:
Karaka-men: The original “Tonkotsu”(pork) broth with an added kick; thin noodles topped with Ippudo’s special blend of hot spices, pork chashu, cabbage, sesame kikurage mushrooms, scallions and fragrant garlic oil.
Outrageous.
Almost as good as the show. But not quite. Pippin!
