Whiskey Sour

Makes 4 small cocktails.


  • 6 ounces rye
  • 3 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 egg white


  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glasses and garish with a lemon twist.
