Watermelon Ice Pops Recipe

Sam has been begging for ice pops lately, but I’m not so keen on giving her frozen sugar on a stick. So we came up with this watermelon ice pops recipe, and then enjoyed some good-for-you ice pops after a summer supper with the girls the next evening.

Chop up about 1/4 of a watermelon, until you have about 8 cups. lj071914icepops02

Blend with lime juice and simple syrup:lj071914icepops04

The fill molds. This made 12 (6-ounce) ice pops.lj071914icepops05
