Memorial Day opener at the pool! We took a couple of salads for the pot luck and grilled a few hot dogs and hamburgers. And, for the first time, Samantha went in the pool all by herself!
My potato salad, loosely based on the one in this month’s Bon Appetit: Potato Salad with 7-Minute Eggs. (My eggs went for 9 minutes; I substituted pickle relish for pickles and used a lot more herbs. Also, I did not do the mustard seeds.
