There are some terrific tapas at this little gem in Peekskill.
Iron Vine in Peekskill is a tapas bar, a small little space with a low tin ceiling, a copper bar and a feel like you just stepped into a cozy subterranean hideaway in Spain. I didn’t take photos of the space, but trust me when I say it’s intimate, casual and comfortable.
And some good cocktails, too. A cucumber caipirinha!
A special, scallops with blood orange and quinoa. Super.
Chorizo in balsamic:
Patatas bravas. Crispy outside, puffy inside. Cooked with care.
