Toasting Aviations with Cathy and Thor — getting ready for a delishy Saturday supper of pasta with tomatoes from the Pleasantville market.
We started by blanching, peeling and seeding the plum tomatoes:
The we sauteed Italian sausage out of the casing:
Cooked the tomatoes with garlic:
