Sunday Morning Brekky: Pancakes with Apple Crisp

If I owned a restaurant — and please shoot me if I ever say I’m going to open one — I would put this dish on my brunch menu in seconds flat. Apple crisp over panckes with maple syrup. Sinful. And delicious.

I honestly can’t remember what recipe I used for the pancakes. I do know that they weren’t too sweet. Flour and sugar:

Flip it when the edges are brown and there are bubbles in the center:
