Just because Greg is at work on the weekends doesn’t mean I won’t occasionally be making something really great to eat on Saturday nights. This week, I went to the Palisades Indoor Farmers market and got some Long Island scallops and some local kale. I pan-seared the scallops and sauteed the kale with garlic and ginger. I drank a Hugel Gentil 2009.
