Wow. If we had a co-op like this in Nyack, I’d be in heaven. (Hmmm. Business idea?)
It is definitely taking its cue from Whole Foods, in that it’s one of those mainly organic stores that have taken the “health food store” stigma and vitamin aroma out of the equation.
We bought several fixin’s for our Good Friday supper, and also got lunch at the prepared foods counter.
The only thing lacking is a fresh meat and fish department. Those are all frozen.
I’m sorry I didn’t take photos of our lunch. The chicken was especially tasty. But when you have a wee one, it’s hard to eat, take care of her and take photos!
