The bushes in the front fields are starting to bear fruit. Look at this haul!
We ate them on cereal, by the handful and in a terrific salad by, yes, you guessed it: Mindy Fox. Blueberries, feta and mint with olive oil and black pepper. We took it over to Irene’s for a party, and somehow missed taking a photo of it. But it was terrific. A keeper.
After the harvest, Sam and I played around on the living room floor for a bit. Look at our big girl!
