Pancetta-wrapped figs with tomato jam:
Sweet, salty and gooey! Delishy.
Salt-roasted beets from Stone Barns with burrata and pistachio dust:
Divine! Sweet and creamy.
I loved the tarragon in the sauce.
Sweet but tart from the lime, nice texture. Fab.
A special (and very decadent) pizza. Mushrooms, cream, proscuitto and truffle:
Very rich but very delicious.
A special gnudi with brown butter sage sauce:
Light and good.
Three ice creams and sorbets.The blueberry-merlot was best.
