After just one visit to Roost, we were eager to get back. Dinner was even better this time around, if that’s possible!
Pays d’auge sour: brandy, maple syrup and lemon juice:
Like a Sidecar, but with soft edge.
Crisp lettuce. Eggy dressing. Those Parmesan crackers were fab.
Fabulous ham.
The lamb dish. Braised with couscous.
Rich, well-balanced, nice texture. Winner.
One of the best chicken dishes I’ve had in a very long time:
With fennel pollen, olives, feta and a perfect crisp skin and juicy interior.
A very nice finish.
Loving Roost!
