As we raised our glasses of rose around the patio table, saying “cheers to the last weekend of summer,” I said to myself: “Darn. Wish I had my camera!” Alas, I did not. But Boo, Kris, Tom, Irene and Greg and I had a lovely Labor Day Friday supper of Stone Barns sauage, watermelon and tomato salad, corn and a chicken-potato dish from Kris and Tom. We took our dessert in front of the screen at Sour Cherry Paradisio, which this evening was showing Planet of the Apes. Another winner!
