We were able to score a screener copy of Birdman, so we pulled down the big screen and had a Saturday night viewing party. Irene was the evening’s special guest, and the dinner’s theme was Ottolenghi! Bold flavors, rice and grains!
We had blood orange juice, so noodled around online and found this recipe from Dave Wondrich:
We didn’t love it at first, but for the second batch, we added a little grapefruit liqueur and it sprung to life. (I can’t find the recipe now, or else I would link to it. I will update if I do.)
