dp in Albany

We’re back on the road for Destinate. And where else would a bunch of food writers go in Albany, than to a hip brasserie with a good reputation for creative food? I present dp: An American Brasserie.

*Caveat: I put these photos up so long after I ate this meal that I can’t remember all of the dishes. But we’ll look at the pretty food photos anyway!

Manhattan:

Some sort of bruschetta on top of fried mozzarella.

Fried Brussels Sprouts Crispy Pork Belly, Sweet Sambal Glaze, Fried Shallots:

I cannot remember what this is.

Short ribs, I believe.
