This year’s Feast of Saint Francis — the Blessing of the Animals — was really something. We had a mule show up! Plus all the usual critters: dogs, cats, even turtles. It’s an event I look forward to every year. Plus, I get to sing one of my favorite hymns: All Things Bright and Beautiful.
