On one of the coldest days of the season, the family loads into the truckster and heads to the city to see the tree. We are bundled up good!

The city is all done up for the holidays.

Watching the skaters.
Then, downstairs in the food court to get hot chocolate from Jacques Torres!
Unfortunately, the hot chocolate was not a big hit. Too thick and not sweet enough for these sweettooths.
Over to the windows at Sak’s Fifth Avenue.
Then to lunch, at Bill’s Burgers, which has become somewhat of a tree-tradition.
And then back home.
A fun excursion!
