I had fallen in love with a pair of earrings that came in a StitchFix. And when I lost one, I was devastated. I emailed StitchFix; they didn’t have any more. The earrings were not branded in the StitchFix order, so I wasn’t sure where else to turn.
Ever resourceful, though, I scoured the interwebs until I found a photo of the earrings on Pinterest! Yes, Pinterest! This photo had the brand of the jewelry: Berry

The office is in Brooklyn. I called them and got a very nice person on the phone, who asked me to send a photo of the earrings, which I had because I am wearing them in my current head shot.
She called me back and said she’d found a pair in the warehouse. She would ship them to me. FOR FREE! She sent the earrings to me without a charge.
Way to go, customer service, Berry! Thank you. I am thrilled.
