We started the weekend with a performance by Sam at church. The Bishop was in town, so we had to put on a show!
Blurry Sam:
After church, a game of chess.
And a tour of the garden. The new pear tree and transplanted irises:
Transplanted holly bushes. They were behind the garage along the fence by the compost. They did not do well there. Maybe this will be better. More sun.
And, to Greg’s great delight, we have transplanted the lilac from next to the porch to behind the rock.
Time to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
And Sam reads her “Make Way for Ducklings” book.
