I used to love the Rosa Mexicano near Lincoln Center: gorgeous blue-tiled wall with water trickling over it, delicious guacamole, fabulous margaritas.
Some of that can be found at the one in Hackensack. The blue-tiled wall of water. The margaritas.
But the Rosa Chopped Salad, with chorizo and tortilla strips, was a real disappointment.
And while this version of al pastor was good —
— the service was so bad at our lunch that I can’t recommend a visit.
Too bad!
