As a way to share holiday traditions, the second grade was asked to make a project. It could be a movie, a story, a painting, a diorama, anything. Sam chose to make a triptych.
The center is our Christmas tree. On the left, we are driving to go cut it down. Note the sad faces in the car, because we do not yet have our tree. We have Dad under the tree, sawing it down, and Mom and Szam off to the left, laughing and having fun. On the right, we are driving back from getting our tree. Note the happy faces. We have our tree. Then we decorate. See the ornament box on the right? It’s all held together with black foam board. (Thanks Dad!)
