When Marissa first moved to Williamsburg, we had to take out money in Manhattan before we went to visit her because there were no ATMs near her. Now her old apartments are right in the middle of hipster central. Not sure if that makes it better now, but it sure is fun to visit.
So before we get going on Williamsburg, a little detour, if you will. While we were in Saltie, Greg realized he had locked the keys in the trunk of the car. Whoops.
So we got on the phone to AAA and then walked around while waiting.
Dumont Burger:
The we walked past that oyster bar in the photo above.
And then on to the Bedford Cheese Shop.
We had to get back to the car so AAA could open it and let us in.
The locksmith inspects:
Greg inspects, too:
Et voila!
Yay!
So then we made our way to Smorgasburg, the food arm of Brooklyn Flea.
We couldn’t help but pass by Marissa’s two apartments on the way. For old time’s sake:
See you over at Smorgasburg!
