I’ve know about the web site Food52 for quite a while, but I hadn’t really explored it much. Shame! Since I started reading it more regularly, I’ve found tons of recipes I want to make, including Torrisi’s Spicy Sauce, Walnut-Sage Financiers and these fluffy looking biscuits.
But the first recipe I made was this Cider-Braised Pork Shoulder with Caramelized Onion-Apple Confit. We served it over mashed potatoes. Terrific on a cold winter’s night.
