On the Porch for Pesto

A serendipitous supper on Friday night! Kris and Tom brought over salad from their garden, zucchini blossoms from the farmers market, cheese and salami, and eggs from their friend’s chickens. We put that together with our garlic scape pesto, Wave Hill bread and a couple of bottles of rosé, and we had one beautiful summer meal.
