Having just watched on “The Loudest Voice in the Room,” the bio-series of Roger Ailes, it was a thrill to see Gabriel Sherman speak at this luncheon at the Silurians Press Club, which meets at the National Arts Club.
We were planning to meet friends from work at Yankee game that evening, so after the lunch, we ducked around the corner to Pete’s Saloon to get some work done.
Not a bad spot to hole up for an afternoon!
