One of our favorite annual events is the festival at the Russian Orthodox Church around the corner from the farm. The food is incredibly delicious: beef stroganoff, stuffed cabbage, borscht, and lots of other great stuff.
My husband, Greg, and I are co-founders of SCF, which chronicles what we eat, drink and grow as we raise our daughter on a tiny plot of land in the Lower Hudson Valley.
