Lunch at the Blue Canoe Oyster Bar in Greenport

We decide to go home via the North Fork, thinking that we’d stop at a few wineries along the way. First, lunch in Greenport, at the new(ish) Blue Canoe Oyster Bar.

Then we split three sandwiches. The lobster roll:lj09211trip09

And a fried oyster po’boy, which was my favorite:

Also, fries. lj09211trip12

All in all, tasty, if a little expensive, and a fun atmsophere, though service was a bit slow. We later found out there was a festival going on, so that may have accounted for the lapses. I would recommend a stop here!
