Maple Sugaring at the Hudson Highlands Museum

After some coffee and a bit of relaxing on Saturday morning, we decided upon a serendipitous trip to the Hudson Highlands Museum to see their opening day for maple sugaring!

Here is their super-cool playground, which has all natural structures:
