Everything but the kitchen sink in the first pot, rice in the second. The makings of dinner.
I had grilled some pork chops for a photo shoot. Because the other part of the shoot ran over, the chops sat in the brine too long. So what to do with too-salty pork chops? Stir fry of course.
I had also grilled corn (hey, this was for a summer article) and red peppers, and we had asparagus leftover. Voila:
