It’s been a very good year for our Anjou pear tree. We’ve been picking pears and eating them out of hand nearly every day since mid-September. Today, we’re taking a bunch of pears that fell off a little unripe, but riped up on the counter, and making some yummy pear sauce and a pear upside down cake.
