Lunch at Eastern Standard

Oysters and pasta for us. Grilled cheese sandwich and fries for Reece.

You may remember this restaurant from such posts as Breakfast in Boston: Eastern Standard.

So I won’t bother showing you the interior again. Instead, take a look at the food, which was much better for lunch than it was for breakfast. We started with a dozen oysters. They were cold and crisp and reminded us of Maine.

And for lunch, Kelly and I each got the cavatelli with lamb:

Rich and cheesey and very satisfying.

Greg got the mussels, which were fresh and plump:
