Blizzard No. 2

We got slammed again. About a foot this time, I’d say. Here’s a look.

Red berries. I’m surprised the birds haven’t eaten them yet:

Chiminea and hydrangea behind it. (That’s the one we planted this year! Summer seems so long ago now.)

Coneflowers. The birds like those seeds, too:

Fennel seeds. Humans like those:

Our very kind neighbor gave our walkway the snowblower treatment:

It’s warm and toasty inside there:

But cold and nasty out here:

Can you believe that’s our garden? Poor little plants:

We’re just counting those chill hours down to sour cherry season!
