The great trick we picked up from Red Hook Lobster Pound? Don’t just spread butter on your toasted bun. ACTUALLY toast your bun in butter. Or rather, sauté it.
Brilliant addition to our lobster roll repertoire. We will be taking this forward, folks.
A few heirloob tomatoes and you’ve got yourself a helluva a meal.
